Billy was rescued from a severe neglect case and survived a tough battle with Parvovirus (CPV). The illness left him with a permanently weakened immune system, hair loss, and ongoing struggles with weight gain.

Now safe at Avello Rescue, Billy receives the care he needs and will live out his days surrounded by love.
