Dog Park & Forest Waiver

By entering and using the dog park and forest area, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that the dog park and forest are outdoor environments that may contain natural hazards, such as uneven terrain, wildlife, and other unforeseen dangers. You assume all risks associated with these elements, as well as the behavior of dogs in the park.

2. Release of Liability: You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the park management, its owners, volunteers, agents, and any affiliated organizations from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses (including personal injury, property damage, or death) that may occur while you or your dog(s) are at the dog park or forest area.

3. Dog Behavior and Control: You are fully responsible for the behavior and actions of your dog(s) at all times. You agree to supervise your dog(s) and ensure they are under control. You are also responsible for cleaning up after your dog(s).

4. Health and Safety: You confirm that your dog(s) are in good health, free from contagious diseases, and up-to-date on vaccinations. You agree to keep your dog(s) on a leash or within sight and under control at all times when not within the designated off-leash area.

5. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the park management and its affiliates against any claims or actions resulting from your use of the park, including any injury or damage caused by your dog(s) to other individuals, animals, or property.

6. Forest and Natural Hazards: You acknowledge that the forest area contains natural elements such as uneven ground, plant life, insects, wildlife, and other outdoor hazards. You assume full responsibility for your safety and for the safety of your dog(s) in this environment.

7. Compliance with Rules: You agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations, including those specific to the dog park and forest area. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
